SignaCert Releases Version 3.0 of Product Suite

SignaCert announces the industry's first subscription-based access to known-provenance whitelist measurements.

Portland, OR — April 7, 2009. Continuing its leadership position in providing next-generation IT compliance solutions, SignaCert, Inc. today announced updates to its Global Trust Repository (GTR) cloud service and the release of version 3.0 of its Enterprise Trust Server (ETS).

SignaCert's Global Trust Repository cloud service now supports subscription-based access to its known-provenance whitelist measurements for end-users and OEM partners. The subscription model ensures customers and partners stay current with the Global Trust Repository's rapidly expanding known-provenance whitelist. SignaCert's Enterprise Trust Server version 3.0 provides seamless access to the feed of measurements from the Global Trust Repository. End-users can subscribe to the commercial and open source software relevant to their IT business services, providing enhanced insight into IT compliance issues.

SignaCert's Enterprise Trust Server version 3.0 now supports monitoring of offline virtual machine images from industry leading vendors, VMware®, Microsoft®, and Citrix®, as well as databases and the Windows® registry. "SignaCert can ensure virtual systems are deployed as intended down to a binary level, even as system configurations are changing because of patching and updates. Since there is no configuration drift, a lot of the performance, compliance and security issues are minimized," says Jasmine Noel, principal analyst with Ptak, Noel and Associates.

Version 3.0 is available immediately for shipment to new customers. All current customers will be contacted by SignaCert support regarding the upgrade of existing installations.
