Easy to deploy:
SignaCert Enterprise Trust Server™ is a turnkey solution that can be set up in a matter of hours and will be delivering value in a matter of days.
Noninvasive:
ETS does not require you to change your existing processes.
Device-independent:
Works with a wide variety of devices across platforms, including Windows, Unix, Linux, and others.
Out-of-band:
ETS's verification processes operate independent of your other management processes providing out-of-band measurement of the results of those processes. ETS is a hardened appliance deployed behind the corporate firewall to provide verification services available across the IT environment. Verification is performed by SignaCert client, a non-persistent client that can be launched using existing IT scheduling mechanisms. ETS does not generate network traffic outside of client verification requests.
Complex IT systems modeling monitoring Customize and monitoring
Customize your reference to manage your applications like applications, not just as devices.
Dynamic data management:
ETS supports multiple departments making changes to the common system and can show the relationships between files, configuration, and authors. The result is a trusted benchmark against which you can measure and manage your enterprise.
In-depth analysis:
Quickly identify deviations and drill down to find the specific violations.
Specification of applications:
Mark as either approved or prohibited or assign a custom attribute.
Identification of all files and applications:
ETS can determine the software and versions installed on any device within the enterprise
Easy-to-set-up policy options fulfill many application scenarios:
ETS verifies that a user's IT systems are deployed as intended across all their devices; that the base install from Core Technology infrastructure is present on a system; that the business line application installed on those systems is complete and has not been modified. ETS can also identify software installed across the enterprise and link it to the specific released product. No other solutions can do all this.
Reports in the ETS console:
External reports:
- Deviated Devices
- Deviations by Type
- Historical Deviations
- Most Deviated Devices
- Products Added Historically
- Historically Deviated Devices
- Deviated Devices Summary
- Deviated Elements
- Dashboards
Allows the user to effectively manage verification processes across the devices they want to evaluate.
ETS provides many different views of results to aid your IT management and system diagnostic efforts. More complete reports show dates from many different perspectives, for example:
- historical reports show if your controls are getting better over time
- view groups of devices to discover which (if any) is deviating more than others
- detailed deviation reports allow you to quickly remediate devices by effectively providing a "work order" listing all the items that don't match the specified state
"Create your own" reports:
Use your own reporting tools to integrate data from ETS into your reporting processes.
Import devices into ETS:
Export devices from AD or LDAP and import them all at once; this helps you get started faster by automating device creation and eliminating the need to manually create each device.
Write to Logs (syslog, event log):
Use your existing tools to monitor logs and notify you of unexpected changes.
Normalized response format:
Regardless of how you use ETS, all results are centrally computed and stored, enabling both historical and real time reporting.
Email and SNMP notifications have embedded report links:
Quickly delivers summary information with drill-down to required details; also reduces network traffic.
