The Customer Engineer is responsible for the technical sales and integration activities that achieve the highest levels of satisfaction for SignaCert’s customers and partners. This person has experience in:

  • Accurately identifying business requirements
  • Developing a technical integration and product development strategy
  • Configuring and effectively demonstrating solutions that address these requirements and provide business value
  • Effectively communicating project schedules, status and changes on a regular basis
  • Delivering high quality solutions and results

The Customer Engineer must be confident and professional capable of interacting with technical enterprise customers that range from IT administrators to senior level executives of Fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists business development and sales in qualifying opportunities
  • Leads discovery sessions with prospective clients to map specific requirements to SignaCert solutions and functionality
  • Works with team members to develop custom demonstrations and presentations to key decision makers to address their business issues and needs
  • Helps identify the milestones and tactics necessary to successfully deliver solutions on time and within budget
  • Works in tandem with business development and sales to differentiate SignaCert’s solution from competitors
  • Anticipates and handles customer needs along the way
  • Demonstrates the ability to deliver the technical features, competitive advantages and business benefits of SignaCert’s products
  • Displays initiative and self motivation and delivers high quality work, meeting deadlines for both internal and external customers
